These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Earning Builder and you (“users”, “you” or “your”), and govern your use of the Website, the Software, and all services therein (the “Earning Builder Software”). You cannot use the Earning Builder Software without accepting these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully. If you disagree with the provisions of these Terms, please do not use the Earning Builder Software any further.
License to Use the Earning Builder Software
By using the Earning Builder Software, you declare to be at least 18 years old. Earning Builder grants you, and you accept, a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable limited license to access and use the Earning Builder Software, subject to your full compliance with the Terms here. You may not use the Earning Builder Software in such a way that you violate the any applicable laws and regulations.
Account Creation and Management
You are required to create a Earning Builder account (the “Earning Builder Account”). In establishing a Earning Builder Account, you agree to provide only correct, current, and complete information about yourself, as well as to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
You must always protect the login details of your Earning Builder Account and keep your password strictly secret. You are completely responsible for any activity that occurs under your Earning Builder Account, including account and password management, and you will not agree to sell, transfer or assign the Earning Builder Account or any Earning Builder Account related rights without the express written consent of Earning Builder. Earning Builder will assume that all actions taken from your Earning Builder Account are done by you or under your supervision.
Offers and Prices
All offers and free trials on the Earning Builder Software are with no obligations. Nevertheless, all offers and free trials are subject to the Terms here. The prices on the Earning Builder Software do not include any taxes or additional expenses. Earning Builder can always adjust its prices.
Subscription and payment
In the event that you need a subscription to use the Earning Builder Software, subscriptions (the amount will be stated on the Website) are offered for a fixed amount per month and/or per year.
Earning Builder will give the User access to the Earning Builder Software immediately after the subscription is completed. The subscription price will be invoiced automatically monthly. Possible methods of payment are made available on the Website and include the likes of PayPal, credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) and cryptocurrencies.
A monthly/yearly subscription will continue for a monthly/yearly basis, unless the User cancels the subscription before the end of the subscription paid for.
The User can cancel the subscription by the end of the plan. The account of the User will still be active for the period that the User has already paid for.
You are expected and agree to provide only correct, current, and complete information about yourself when filling into payment information, as well as to update such information as necessary to maintain its truth and accuracy.
Acceptable Use of the Earning Builder Software
When you use the Earning Builder Software, you consent that:
- You will not, or try to, make any unlicensed or unauthorized use of, or otherwise violate or misappropriate, any copyright, patent, privacy right, publicity right, trade secret, trademark, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights (collectively, “IP Rights”) of any individual or entity, including incorporating any original, variation or misspellings of any third-party trademarks, creative assets, service marks, or other brand identifiers without proper authorization;
- You will not, or try to, promote, offer or sell any product and/or that: (i) violates, or may violate, the policies or rules of payment partners; (ii) is illegal or constitutes illegal activity; (iii) promotes or encourages discrimination based upon age, disability, nationality, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation; or (iv) is abusive towards other people;
- You will not, or try to, defame or impersonate any person or entity;
- You will not, or try to, circumvent, crawl, deactivate, disable, exploit, remove, penetrate, probe, scan, or test the integrity and vulnerability of the Earning Builder Software in any way, including any user or server machine, or any other security or authentication systems and safeguards;
- You will not, or try to, embed, include, insert, or spread any viruses or any other malicious, or potentially malicious, data or technology into or via the Earning Builder Software, including for the purposes of damaging, disrupting, or interfering with the Earning Builder Software and/or other users of the Earning Builder Software;
- You will not, or try to, disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the Earning Builder Software;
- You will promptly: (i) respond to any inquiry from Earning Builder; (ii) notify Earning Builder of any regulatory or legal complaints, or any threat of such complaints, that you receive in line with or regarding the service; and (iii) in line with (ii) mentioned above, assist, at your sole cost and expense, in executing any necessary action reasonably requested by Earning Builder to respond to or resolve such complaints; and
- You will strictly abide by all applicable laws, regulations, third party rights, applicable industry requirements, court orders, and any Earning Builder policy or standard that may be issued at any time.
